Booking Difficulties

Q: There is no circle to select for a return flight

A: Make sure you select an outbound flight first


Q: I select a particular fare type and a 'no seats' message appears

A: This indicates that the fare type for the flight has sold out


Q: The booking will not allow my Qantas Frequent Flyer Points to be added

A: Make sure the passenger name has exactly the same spelling as the name on the card. You can not earn Qantas Frequent Flyer Points on the 'Gotta Go Fare'


Q: I cannot continue to the payment page

A: Make sure you have ticked the box under the terms and conditions.


Q: An error message came up with 'must use A-Z latin characters', what does it mean?

A: Your credit card number entry must not contain any spaces or characters other than the numbers on the card.


Q: It will not accept my American Express (AMEX) card

A: We do not accept American Express as a form of payment at this time.
