First things first, let’s set ourselves up for success. Stand with a split stance, pointing your feet at a 45-degree angle.

Safety first, people! Make sure you don’t whack your precious toes with that adjustable mace. Ouch!

That’s why I like training with Indian Clubs, no chance of smashing them toes.

Now, when we’re doing the backswing, we gotta pivot that foot, like squishing a bug.

Yep, that’s right, you heard me. Imagine squashing those critters with your feet as you turn those hips. It’s all about that smooth motion, my friends.

From there, it’s time to bring that mace up nice and wide, like you’re pointing at the sky. Reach for the heavens, people!

And then, just like you’re putting a tennis ball in your back pocket, tuck that adjustable mace in there. Swag!

Alright, here comes the fun part.

We’re gonna rotate, my friends.

Twist that body like a boss and swing that mace away.

Let it fly! Woo!

Now, with the adjustable mace head itself, you can either point it upwards or downwards, depending on whether you want it to soar or go sideways. Choose your own adventure, my fellow warriors.

And guess what?

At the end of that forward swing, we’re gonna catch that adjustable mace with the other hand. Smooth moves, baby! Let’s put it all together now.

We’ve got the backswing with the foot pivot, bringing it up wide, tucking it in the back pocket, rotating, swinging away, and catching it like a pro.
